For a DPS meter specifically, you can use IINACT for logging and then Browsingway to display that information in an overlay similar to recount etc. Once you're ingame type "/xlplugins" and you should be able to find Simple Tweaks among other popular plugins in the default repository, but for certain plugins you'll have to add custom repos.
